Emerald Sky Risk Solutions (Pty) Ltd, is a privately owned South African security company founded in 2005 with the vision to become the global benchmark of excellence with regard to specialized security training and operations.

 We have 6 (six) fulltime staff and 13 temporary staff. We have a large pool of instructors accredited with PSIRA, SASSETA and/or international security bodies that mainly originate from:

• South African Special Forces (Recces)
• South African Police Task Force
• 1 Parachute Battalion (South Africa)
• South African Navy (Divers)
• South African Air Force (Pilots)
• National Intelligence (South Africa)
• Special Air Service (British Special Forces)
• Special Boat Service (British Maritime Special Forces)
• US Navy SEAL’s
• US Marine Corps Reconnaissance
• Various US Police and Law Enforcement SWAT Teams

TRAINING AREA

Bastion Training Academy has several training facilities near Pretoria, Rustenburg and Mossel Bay. We also have a 7000ha training area at Loskop Dam in the Limpopo Province with:

• 4-star accommodation
• Untouched bush
• Mountains and waterfalls
• 22 Anglo-arabian horses
• Game, including leopard, hippos, crocodiles, zebra, blue wildebeest, ostriches, primates and numerous small game
• Shooting ranges, including a archery jungle lane
• The Middelburg Airfield is only 24km away

It is Frik Wentzel’s passion to exchange his security knowledge with goal orientated young people within a well-disciplined structure and legal framework. To this end, Emerald Sky Risk Solutions (Pty) Ltd are accredited with the following institutions:

We train our students in the same way we train and re-train our own security professionals.
