BUYING PROCESS

Employers who are interested will be invited to:

  • Contact us and we will set up a meeting.
  • Attend our Pre-Selection (optional).
  • Conduct customized screening and selection following the Pre-Selection (optional).
  • Contact our office and make arrangements to observe and to comment on our training.
  • Contact our office and request a booking for career interviews at the Emerald Sky Risk Solutions’ Bastion Training Academy.
  • Conduct career interviews with students they have selected to interview.
  • Negotiate and sign the Service Level Agreement (Contract).
  • Receive a quarterly progress report on our students.
  • Attend our quarterly career evenings.
